PROJECT OVERVIEW
Lawrence Memorial/Regis College wanted to update the content on their site. Over the years, the previous site had grown unmanageable with old content, deep content that was difficult to find, and pages that contained either minimal or redundant content. As such, they decided it was also time to rethink their overall site design and structure as part of the content overhaul.

LMRC enlisted pixelslam’s help to rebuild the site in a way that addressed the needs of a more-online audience with a focus on mobile usage, brought the branding inline with its parent organization, and facilitated content management.

pixelslam reimagined the previous mega-menu system and navigation structure and created a navigation that included content by audience type as well as quick links for returning visitors while simultaneously providing an easy path for new visitors looking for a nursing or radiography program.

The design took into consideration a difficulty sourcing images and utilized color blocks and iconography to create visual appeal.  The WordPress Gutenberg editor was used in place of the previous page builder to make content management easier for the client and allow the client to be more self-sufficient.
